It’s an opportunity!

Thanks for stopping by Braunius3c. I love to coach leaders to transform problems into opportunities, navigate change, and use technology, empowering them to lead with confidence and resilience.

I have 6 years of teaching experience, 15 years of educational technology leadership, and 12 years of coaching experience. I am currently serving a church in Holland, Michigan, as the the Minister of Operations and Ministry Implementation. A common thread through all of my life has been finding great joy in helping people and organizations grow through change. This comes out of a core belief that challenges and change are opportunities.

What I do

Individualized Coaching

I specialize in coaching individuals by listening well and asking compelling questions. Each coaching session begins by identifying an area of focus, exploring current realities and opportunities, and then committing to tangible next steps. All of this is done with confidentially and judgement free. I also help people learn to coach themselves and others so they might become an authentic and non-anxious presence in every aspect of life.

Technology Coaching

I enjoy using many types of technology and frequently try new technologies in order to keep myself in a beginners mindset. I understand what it is like to be frustrated when things do not work like they should. Yet, I love the challenge of finding a solution. I am familiar with using: Apple products, Windows, PC’s, Android, iOS, and Linux. I also have experience interfacing audio and video with computers. I am happy to be a guide by your side as you learn to do something new using technology. I even happier to help if you are just plain frustrated and ready to scream at your computer.

Personal Development

Need to learn something new? Are you struggling to grow in that aspect of life? I love learning, teaching, and coaching. I can help you map out a personal development plan and walk alongside you as you follow the hero’s journey that everyone goes through in learning:

  • know you don’t know

  • try to figure it out and are bad at it

  • succeed and celebrate
